Attorney Robert A. “Drew” Lane joined Gaughen, Gaughen, Lane & Hernando, LLP in 1993. Attorney Lane formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting criminal cases in both the Quincy and Stoughton Massachusetts District Courts.

 Attorney Lane’s areas of practice span from representing lenders, buyers and sellers of residential real estate to representing borrowers and lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Washington, DC area. Attorney Lane’s experience includes commercial real estate financings of office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers, retail buildings and mixed-use developments. Attorney Lane also practices in the areas of Medicaid (Mass. Health) planning, estate planning, estate settlement, estate administration as well as various litigation matters.

 Attorney Lane is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, as well as all Massachusetts Trial Courts and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Attorney Lane is a member of various professional associates including:
