Attorney Gaughen joined the firm in 2017 from his own practice focusing mainly on trademark registration. Attorney Gaughen is a graduate of Hingham High School and Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA where he was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Michael received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. Michael was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2014 and the Massachusetts Bar in 2015.

Attorney Gaughen is admitted to all Massaschusetts Trial Courts and the United States District Court for Massaschusetts. Attorney Gaughen is a member of various professional associations including the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Gaughen has been nominated by the American Institute of Legal Advocates as a Rising Star in the field of Family Law.
